In 2018 Great Stays set up our first Short Stay lettings business in Lincoln as an add on business to our successful and growing lettings business and estate agency. With considerable focus and hard work we have built it into a thriving short stay business in that area and have learned a lot along the way, particularly how now to do certain things and what the critical areas are to ensure success.

Starting in the latter part of 2021 Great Stays will be partnering with a select number of men and women thought out England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales to build out the Great Stays franchise business model.
Who is this for?
The business model is ideally suited to existing lettings agents who already have an established landlord and property base to draw upon.
However, the franchise is not limited just to lettings agent, and it is something that you could naturally set up and run without and previous property experience. In this situation, the startup period could be longer and the returns could also take longer.
Areas where there is, for example, a tourist industry, or large employer bringing in temporary work, or areas with local hotels, are all able to support our business model.
